Very nicely located and ideal for children. But a request to the owner: please don't keep rabbits alone any longer. Rabbits are social animals. They absolutely need the company of other animals and, like their relatives in the wild, should ideally be kept in a group of at least two animals.

We celebrated our beautiful wedding here on the warmest day of the year, July 15, 2023. The fact that we can get married on site, under the large beech tree, and that all of our guests could easily be accommodated on the windmill grounds for the weekend is a huge plus point for this location - everything in one place, without having to move around. The grounds are beautifully located, the staff were very concerned about our well-being, the food was delicious and the arrangements made in advance were incredibly helpful. We would like to thank the Windmühle team and especially Ms. Hempel and Mr. Kranich (the management) for implementing all of our ideas perfectly and can only recommend everyone to celebrate their wedding here.

Unfortunately we were only here for coffee after a funeral. You couldn't enjoy it as much as you normally would have. The staff very nice and professional. The location, the view is fantastic. The grounds were beautifully laid out with a playground, enough parking spaces and small animals could also be seen. The cake and appetizers were very well prepared and tasted fantastic.
