SENSAPOLIS GmbH Concerts 2024

Horrible experience for my girls birthday party yesterday. Very cool place but so much confusion with billing, party room rental, incorrect charges, horrible service…management was horrible to deal with and the Indian woman (manager) wouldn’t budge on packages and prices that they conveniently didn’t bother to share over the phone. I felt cheated and ended up being charged €150 more than I should have (total €600)….and we had to constantly clean up our table ourselves, ask for food and drinks repeatedly, get up and order ourselves. The place was empty but no one bothered to provide any service. Instead you had employees just standing around talking with each other and not really doing any work. We would have even tipped great for great service but it seemed only one lady was working the drinks, food and party room. Unbelievable for the amount they charge and the poor service they give. I would never go back here again to host a party! Total rip off! Also, the place is just so poorly managed. The slides and bigger attractions don’t appear to have been cleaned in years and you can see so much dust and dirt yuck! Otherwise very cool concept!

I’m sorry but I didn’t get the hype about this place. Let’s start with the fact that it’s pretty expensive. General I’m happy to pay when the value is right…and in this case it wasn’t. A 1yo kid paid like all the others (he barely touched a small minimal little-kids area) plus the surplus of 2,5€ because it’s weekend (and excuse to spill more money). A lot of the games of the structure were closed and/or bad maintained (including the spaceship… but the 2,5€/p.p. were shameless invoiced) No music, no atmosphere, not even the mascotte playing with the kids. Shameless prices at the restaurant, but you already imagined that! You got a big mountain wall to climb BECAUSE THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF FUN for people without fun. Just sad!!! Of course me and my kids will never EVER return there. …And there’s a reason why I’m doing this review in English and not in German. Just to warn the people with “another definition of fun” than climbing a freaking wall

Half the building is closed to "renovations" in the spaceship and slide areas (it's been two years and nothing appears to be different) and it's more expensive (outpacing inflation even). It literally costs more for less at Sensapolis. It's still a fun place for kids, but it used to be better. I just wish it was as good as it was pre-pandemic.

Every kid I’ve met is obsessed with Sensapolis! It’s fun and they can go around and not get lost and the parents don’t have to worry about them. We typically go the whole day from open to close. I haven’t been there in 5-6 years but we are planning a trip soon because my kids still remember their great experiences there.

Pretty nice place to take your children to or to celebrate birthdays. It has a lot of interesting activities for children up to 13 years ranging from a small ball pit for younger kids to a freefall. There’s also a decent restaurant with a good selection of food an an ice cream stand with different delicious flavors. If you go there during the weekend or during public holidays it is likely for more people to come, increasing the wait times. When leaving, there’s a small souvenir shop where you can buy something for some memories. If you have children, I‘d recommend going there.
