Two months after a cyberattack, it is still not possible to apply for identification documents, not even for a child ID card. Why isn't there a replacement server after so long? Why isn't a provisional handwritten or digital list kept to make the simplest processes possible? Will I be reimbursed for the taxes collected by the city of Soest if the legally required services cannot be carried out? Will the city of Soest also cover the costs incurred for the administrative offense that occurs if I cannot identify myself? I am dissatisfied with the service offered!
