I had tremendous experience in this city, people here are friendly eventhough they are not really familiar with English language but they tried to understand what I was trying to say and gave me a good respond. I found several hotels, hostels, and even homestays which are offer good services. Although this is a small city, but you can find several restaurants sell international cuisines with good price and big portion. Enjoy afternoon walk throughout the city, explore small museums, erotic shops, groceries or urban shops and have yourself a big scoop of gelato and have a slice of apfelstrudel in the centre of the city. Transportation here is easy and very organize, you can easily move from one bus stop to another bus stop or take a taxi for other alternative, and explore big cities such as : Düsseldorf or Köln by taking commuter train in Soest HBF for one day trip. :)
