I had a job interview here. The job description was vaguely defined, I asked and it wasn't really any clearer. When I asked whether there was overtime at work and how long a 40-hour (according to the contract) week normally lasts, the contact person replied 45 hours. A normal time of the week. And what if “overtime” is necessary? The gentlemen at the house apparently don't realize that productivity simply falls when you work more and that research shows that even if you work 6, 8 and 10 hour days you still do the same amount of work. And that the whole world is thinking about shortening working days. It's a shame that such a renowned entrepreneur remained in the previous century. Too bad.
