Freilichtbühne Tecklenburg Concerts

Great outdoor theater, we saw Peter Pan. Tons of kids in the cast, and our little ones loved it. There are a bunch of beautiful fachwerk restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores in the surrounding old town. Bring a cushion for sitting, the wooden bench seats get a bit uncomfortable after an hour or so. The seats are covered from sun and rain for the most part, especially in the middle of each row.

They have nice shows buy the theatre itself needs some more attention. No facilities what so ever. This needs a big renovation. Also be aware that some places have bad viewing angles and are also not protecting you from rain.

Great venue! Amazing performance of les Miserables starring Kevin Tarte. Very impressive.
