Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Wernigerode Concerts 2024

I was here as part of a tour group. Immaculate rooms, lovely friendly staff, and amazingly varied breakfast buffet even for a vegan. The evening buffet didn't have much for vegans, but the chef was happy to make me a meal specially which I really appreciated. I enjoyed my stay here :)

I had my room broken into and items worth $2000 stolen, and management did nothing about it and took absolutely no responsibility. The security door which worked fine when I first arrived was no longer closing properly, so was probably tampered with. I asked if there were cameras and management told me there were not - so people can just walk around and break in to your rooms without getting caught. This was a horrible experience and it seems false advertising to say 4 stars when the security and service is so bad.

Nice, modern hotel with very good location near the city centre. Parking in park house (payment). Friendly staff and good service.

Rooms without renovation for 15+ years. Sewage smell in the bathroom. Old, uncomfortable mattresses. No mini Bar, No automatic sellers Clean and practical rooms Good and rich breakfast, nice location

The room is very spacious and the breakfast is great! (especially the scramble egg) However, I wish there is air condition in the room. (yeah, I know it is very common there is no AC in Germany. 😟)
