Festivalgelände: Fuchskaute Concerts 2024

We went on a circular hiking trail there. Great views, beautiful nature. But also a lot of destruction (bark beetles, storms) is very clearly visible, especially after the winter months when nothing is green yet. But efforts are being made to reforest. Good parking options

Actually a nice place. Unfortunately, entering and driving on the grounds of the closed inn is prohibited, although some hiking routes are marked here. You have to walk around the outside and park on the path.

Beautiful nature on the highest elevation in the Westerwald. Great hiking trails, and along the way there is a small hut with self-service drinks for a small fee.

The highest elevation in the Westerwald has charm. Beautiful, varied hikes are possible here. The parking lot is large and free of charge. It's a shame that the kitchen has fixed times. Outside kitchen hours, there are snacks in the beer garden or coffee and cake in the restaurant. If you would like to eat properly after a nice hike outside of kitchen hours, you will have to drive a few kilometers first or adapt the hike to kitchen time.

Sorry Fuchskaute😡even one star is still too much. We are planning a bike tour lasting several days and planning locations that are listed as open on the internet. Then everything is closed and around 40 people head towards Wiesensee, disappointed. By the way, it was great there 👍
