Principal Club Theater Concerts 2024

One of the best (if not the best) live music stages in Thessaloniki (and in Greece in general). Plenty of space, good sound quality, easy parking (very important) and the most important, a selection of only the best bands, Greek and international. If you are in Thessaloniki definitely check their program!

Very good lights, kind of big open space (definitely not in the massive category), plenty of bars, BUT the sound is not very good...for smaller scale concerts it might be okay, but for bigger ones like dj live sets it is really not good, sound ends up being muffled and noisy. Such a big club that brings such names should really have a better sound system.

Disappointing and let me explain why: Principal is the best and biggest venue in Thessaloniki, having changed location three times through the years. I have seen some of the best gigs ever there. This was the first time I went to Principal after they moved to Mylos. In this particular occasion, there was no air-conditioning amid a severe heatwave and the conditions inside were nothing short of tragic. Pity!

Music was too loud, so much that the sound was distorted and muffled. The venue is nice but it needs a better air conditioning system (if they even have any right now) cause it gets real hot real soon. The security was tight, which is good and overall my experience with the place was so and so.

Cool place... I'm going there usually for rock concerts and it's always pleasure!!!
