Papp László Budapest Sportaréna Concerts 2024-2025

I was there several times. I've had a chance to be there as a visitor and also a part of the organizing staff. That place is huge with one of the best equipments in Hungary. All the biggest event organized in Papp László Sportaréna. If you go there read the house rules first. There are some regulations which are good to known. The pictures are from the WKF Karate World Championship.

Was eager to see Jose Carreras' performance. Unfortunately, the way the stage was set up for the event made it rather unenjoyable. The original ticket purchased guaranteed a nice seat until the stadium decided to make changes. The stage was way too far from the seats, and between the sets of rows there was a wide unused space left which prevented lots of people getting a closer glimpse at the great tenor. Also, there were no large screen monitors by the side of the stage to overcome the poor setup of the seats and allow many of us to get a closer look at the artist. As it seemed, the stadium had closed part of its space off for the event which limited an enjoyable view of the stage. Luckily, the autistics provided some consolation.

You made my Mother cry. This is how I can summarize my experience with this facility - we purchased four tickets for the Dimash concert on 04/05/2024 with my sister because my Mom is a huge fan of the singer. The tickets were for an area close to the scene, zone 005. Four people coordinated annual leaves, trips and accommodation from two different countries (UK and Romania) to meet in Budapest for the concert - imagine our surprise when we got there on the day of the concert and were told that well, our seats do not exist, they were not built due to a logistics error. Following a stressful solution-seeking which involved literally running around in the arena and being made fun of by security guards (I am slightly overweight, I must have been a funny sight to behold while running) we were provided with replacement seats in an area which was around 20-30 meters from our originally purchased seats (thus a huge downgrade both from a price and experience pov) - this meant that aside from the screens we saw the singer as a small little blur on a distant scene. This is where my Mom started crying. Shame on everyone involved!

Great place for convention ! I'm in IM Mastery Academy and this place is very good for the first convention of the year ! Such a great weekend !

I don't know if the stadium is the one I should review for this great experience, but I guess it has a part in it. I went there to an 'Hans Zimmer Live' concert, and it definitely was one of the best experiences of my life so far. The show was absolutely amazing. The sound was excellent. The atmosphere was great. I loved every second of that evening.
