Kölcsey Központ Concerts

Nice enough modern art gallery. I like that they focus on local artists rather than international ones. Lots of information to read and absorb. Its a good one hour option if you're nearby. Friendly staff and welcoming staff I had free entry which was nice.

Nice new build place, up-to-date facilities, clearly a big investment. On the other hand, many huge, practicly unused spaces, bit like a shopping mall, without shops. At the time of my visit, there have been no catering, just the 5star hotels bar, which is priced like that. All in all a fancy building, with not as much use as its floorspace.

Been there for a concert of The Budapest Festival Orchestra. The acoustics are great, the admission was well organized, hand sanitizers everywhere due to the pandemic.
