Hillgrove Hotel Concerts 2024-2025

I absolutely loved the Hillgrove spa, I had a full body massage by Kate who was incredible throughout. She is such an uplifting person, she really got the knots out of my back but helped me feel really relaxed and comfortable throughout. I loved the relaxation room, the water melon and flavoured teas were a nice touch. Thank you very much Kate x

Just back from a one night stay here, very clean hotel, food was lovely. Service was good. Would return.

Having stayed in your Hotel previously we booked a 3 day stay again however we were very disappointed this time with the service especially breakfast. We prepaid for room service Breakfast for both mornings however on both mornings breakfast was delayed by up to an hour! (Breakfast card had been left out both mornings and they said the night porter had missed collecting it!) When the breakfast did arrive after a number of phone calls we had to make to Reception and the Restaurant, it arrived with half of it missing, burnt toast, spilt orange juice on the cutlery, no condiments, no milk, cold porridge to name but a few issues! I did email before I left and when we checked out nothing was said so I mentioned this to the Receptionist and she said they would refund the breakfast fee, but not an apology was given! I wasn't expecting a refund just an apology would have sufficed but nothing about the terrible service we received! We are very disappointed as the previous stay we had was excellent.

1* at most, definitely not a 4**** hotel. I visited the leisure centre and the place is literally crumbling down around them. I couldn't get out of there quick enough, its the worst conditioned leisure centre I have ever visited in Ireland. The carpets in the hotel are manky and should have been replaced years ago. The room was actually fine but the rest of the hotel is so dilapidated. I had a look around the breakfast room and it was enough for me, I departed and went to town for something to eat. I usually stay in the Westenra but they were full. ill never be back to this place, it should be demolished and soon.

Easy place to stop for a rest on a journey or to meet up. I stayed once and stopped once on a long journey. Service is good but I have to be honest. Each time I did not rate the food.
