The Well Concerts

Poor venue for watching bands. Our seats & standing area were on a higher level, with no visibility to the stage. We had to stand on a stairs to see the band. The bar beside us was not open, causing huge congestion at the one that was open. Good bands play here but I wouldn't be rushing back.

The ambience was lovely with live music on the Friday night when I visited. However, the customer service wasn't great and the food was mediocre. The pizza was dry and the best thing on my plate was the sausage. Perhaps it was a very busy evening as there were loads of people but the place seemed understaffed. The well is centrally located and easy to spot. With an improved menu and resolved staffing problems, it seems a promising place to be with friends or family.

The Bollywood night at The Well was a disappointing experience. Despite purchasing 11 tickets a week in advance, security denied entry to us and around 50 Indian attendees. Shockingly, Western girls without IDs gained access. Confronting staff about this led to aggression, nearly resulting in a physical altercation. A regrettable scam.

Was downstairs at gig "ELO Experience". Great gig,great atmosphere. Nice selection of beers. Was only one member of staff on bar, which meant getting served prior to gig was terribly slow,but wasn't too bad afterwards. Will definitely go again

I made a reservation for New Year's at this establishment and arrived promptly at 8:30. However, upon arrival, I learned that the kitchen was closed, and the available menu options were limited. This caused disappointment among our party. Additionally, a staff member suggested that we join their nightclub as a compromise. While there, we stepped outside for some fresh air. However, the bouncer, who identified as Algerian, denied us re-entry. When we requested to speak to the manager, the individual who claimed to be the manager used inappropriate language, pushed us (including two female members of our group), and failed to address the situation appropriately. This incident significantly impacted our New Year's celebration, and there has been no follow-up from the establishment's management. I am hesitant to return and cannot recommend this place based on our experience. the Well is trying to report this review as a fake one to avoid accepting its rude behaviour, their bouncer the Algerian person punched two girls that night. I have included 2 images 1- conformation of my booking 2- the guy who attacked two girls, on this photo you see a girl hugging him , she is working there an as soon as she noticed we are collecting evidence she came and hug him started smiling to pretend all os ok because of camera.
