Can be cramped, but also just suppose that's the whole appeal of a place like the cellar? Regularly showcases great smaller Irish acts that are trying to break out, I've found some really great bands here at various student events. The main stage probably has more prestige, but the cellar has more variety. Lots of swings and misses, but when they hit they hit yknow?

I went to a gig here last night 7th April. We were there approximately 7:30,I went to bar to order some drinks. There was No Guinness, Heineken,Moretti and no white wine. I also noticed very little in cold cabinets Very disappointing but at least the artists were good

Was completely ignored by a security guard on Saturday, as a woman who was concerned about the safety of her drink and being spiked- security said that’s got nothing to with him. When I tried to diffuse the situation by mentioning it was alright, bouncer was acting like I wasn’t there, and disregarded everything I said in front of numerous people who agreed the behaviour from him was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The concern for people getting spiked- especially woman has been an ongoing issue in Workman’s, but getting ignored over trying to DIFFUSE a situation where the bouncer was offended over a woman simply concerned over her well-being is ridiculous

It was ok, really cosy and cool place. First class and coach are a great band and we enjoyed the event.
