Dyke Rd, Galway, Ireland
Went to see Adrienne Lenker here. Place is a bit of a cattle shed and was so warm that a girl in the crowd up front fainted. I always find music venues that are wider rather than long a bit weird too. All emails said cashless bar so we brought no cash but then cloakroom was cash only, so had to scrounge together some coins from the murky depths of our wallets.

It's great to have any venue really so I don't want to rate it harshly, even though it's not a local venue for me. it's small and intimate. But the stage is so low. You can't see the performer if they're not standing up. Seems like something that could have been remedied easily many years ago. There should be a platform on the stage to elevate the performers. I actually used my phone just to look through a few times. It was very disappointing, and I'm average height. No one around me could see. If there is anyone between you and the stage that is taller than you there's no view. Also it was absolutely roasting.

Went to Galway comedy festival to see John Bishop who was excellent and very funny with Galway theme on night. Staff were very friendly and helpful and guided us to free seats. Food and drinks were good value and Tiolets were very clean 👌

Fantastic venue in Galway for performances. The staff are friendly but the drinks are limited poor quality and expensive I would recommend going for a drink before or after. Also the seating can be very uncomfortable for long performances.
