TUS Gaelic Grounds Concerts 2025

Very good venue. Good PA system with a good choice of music being played. More toilets are required. It's a pity that only one stand has a roof.

Old, needs upgrading but wow does it handle a crowd well. Very central location. Forget about trying to park near during match days. Go early if you have kids. Bring an umbrella 3 of the stands are open.

Travelled to TUS Gaelic Grounds yesterday for the match between Limerick and Tipperary and was encountered by a new system of security at the gate. Kids and adults stopped from bringing in open soft drinks and also being patted down. It was as if we were going to a soccer match. The attitude of some of the security personnel left a lot to be desired. When we got into the stadium the roof underneath the open stand was leaking, the seats were mouldy and the steps were slippy and slimy. On the plus side the pitch looked brilliant but obviously the rest of the stadium has been ignored despite the fact that it has been unused for months. Overall was made to feel like a thug. Have travelled to many venues over a number of years and never felt like it was a privilege to enter a stadium. GAA fans are used to the banter win or lose but it looked like the security were expecting trouble. Congratulations to Limerick and best wishes to Peter Casey and wishing him a speedy recovery.

Wonderful stadium with a decent 40,000+ capacity. It still needs a few touches, but overall it's very accessible and easy to navigate. You guys desperately need a beer licence and beer stands though like Semple!!! Parking is limited around the area which can pose a problem on match days, but there are plenty of car spaces available in the city center and it's a 30 minute walk from there across the Sarsfield bridge with stunning views of the Shannon.
