HIBERNIAN HOTEL Concerts

Clean and comfortable room though the grouting near Bath needed a good clean. No plugs by bed so everything had to be used and charged on opposite wall. The mirror area was in an alcove and light wasn't good. Very well placed for town. This was most expensive but also most basic of hotels we stayed in this trip

This is a great hotel in the centre of Mallow. We stayed here for two nights while attending a funeral in the area. The rooms were excellent as were the staff in the hotel. We had a lovely carvery lunch when we arrived and it was excellent. There was a good choice at breakfast buffet each morning. I highly recommend this hotel for the welcoming staff alone.

All staff couldn't do more for you , great customer service and  with  personal touches throughout . We had our small wedding reception in the garden room which was ideal for our needs . Beautiful outside with heaters and lights and inside was ideal for both sit down meal and dancing later on . The staff really couldn't have been better from the first meeting they made us feel at ease with loads of options and details ironed out with their guidance it seemed effortless 😁❤️. Being able to decorate the venue with our own arty flare made the day so personal and perfect . All guests were amazed by the selection on the menu the Hibernian were able to offer and the food was presented and tasted beautifully . We will always be so grateful to Kieran, Emily , Kathleen and  the rest of the Hibernian team for making our day so perfect 🥰

The hotel is quite simple, not as one would expect after seeing the pictures online. It's tried to be modernised but over the old. The Tv was not working in the room. There is no water pressure. The shower door didn't close - it wasn't an issue with a lack of water pressure, though. The food in restaurant was OK but the place could do with a good clean. Bar staff was good, but the hotel manager on duty never acknowledged my presence on check-in. He stayed head down into a folder as I awaited attention from a bust receptionist. On check out, when I reported my room issues, the receptionist was polite but never offered any kind of gesture to make better. As they say, you get what you pay for.

Loved our visit to the Hibernian hotel. Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and laid back atmosphere. Enjoyed the plentiful and varied breakfast and tasty dinner in the bar. Great location within Mallow town with 10 mins walk to the train station. Would definitely return!
