Centro Congressi Giovanni XXIII Concerts 2025

The foundation I work for hosted here an international conference. The congress center is conveniently located very close the train station of Bergamo; in the area there are a lot of hotels, apartments and B&B where to host the invitees. Catering was superb and flexible to accommodate the variation of coffee breaks/lunches times. The rooms had an excellent acoustic and the natural filtered light was great for photo and video shootings. Last but not least the staff of the center; they were always helpful and proactive in complying with our requests before and during the event, coming up with solutions and assisting us throughout the conference.

The location is beautiful but it is not adeguate to host a conference with parallel multiple sections. There are a lot of stairs and reaching the room for the talks was challenging. Plus having lot of people going up and down from the stairs is potentially an hazard because people may fall. Plus toilet and luggage storage is not present at the ground floor but you need to go down one stair and the elevator does not always work.

Classy location, great acoustics

Nice convention center for meetings. Washrooms are a little small and access to washrooms is through very narrow stairs. All other facilities are very good.

Beautiful venue for a conference! Very centrally located in Bergamo!
