Unipol Arena Reviews

Attending a concert at Unipol Arena was a thrilling experience marred by dismal facilities and services. While the concert itself was outstanding, the venue failed to meet even basic standards of hygiene and comfort. The state of the bathrooms was appalling, with filth and a noticeable absence of toilet paper across all available facilities. Additionally, there was a glaring lack of hand soap, rendering handwashing impossible—a significant concern given the importance of hygiene, especially during large events. The food offered inside the arena was abysmal, falling far short of expectations for such a venue. The staff's demeanor was also disappointing, with a noticeable lack of courtesy and attentiveness to attendees' needs. While it's commendable to host events of this magnitude, it's equally important to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of the fans, not just the performers. The lack of proper ventilation led to discomfort and even fainting among attendees due to the stifling heat and stagnant air. The only redeeming qualities were the captivating light displays and the performers themselves. However, these positives were overshadowed by the multitude of negative aspects. While Unipol Arena may excel in hosting events, they sorely need to address the deficiencies in their facilities and services to ensure a satisfactory experience for concert-goers in the future.

Unipol Arena, very easy to find and is located in an industrial estate which includes Dechatlon, Mc Donald's etc.. parking is easy as well as you have several places where to park your vehicle !! Sound in the arena was awesome as we've been to Hans Zimmer live

Watched the spectacular Blink 182 here. View from the south grand stand. Acoustics was good. Surprisingly very well connected via public transport (or at least organised by the event organisers). A lot of food options nearby, from IKEA to the shopping mall. The shopping mall was even connected via a concrete bridge to the stadium. Pleasant experience (at least compared to stadio Olimpico in Rome).

The place is big and cool, feels like go into American movie when girls coming to you with popcorn🤣! Easy to approach. 1.5 euro with train each 20min and bus with high frequency! Pay attention: when you finish concert at 23:30, you have the night shuttle bus 975, but there are huge amount of people and you can’t buy ticket online that time (it is too late, only if you buy ticket before concert! Because it costs 7€ online but 10€ on bus!!) So we waited for long time to buy tickets there, very disorganized, then they allowed us to buy on bus paid by credit card, but it is definitely a caos time. So organized before and give the concert a good ending:)

Not so great for concerts. I was there for Harry Styles’ concert July 25th and I honestly had the worst time of my life. The capacity of the place is for 20.000 people, no idea if we were exactly that amount of people or less but I felt very overwhelmed. We were too many people in a very small place, everyone was sweating, as there was no air coming through whatsoever and after being there for so many hours without water people started fainting. However, the security guards did a good job and told us exactly where we needed to be queuing, so that was a plus because sometimes they don’t even know where you should go to and you have to change queues a million times. As for the stadium, it has a couple of places outside to buy water and beer, it has a place to keep your stuff for 5 euros and even a type of restaurant. Close to it there’s a McDonalds that opens until late and a Mexican restaurant if i’m not wrong.
