The theater is located in the center of the Maremma capital, not far from the car parks. It is a structure equipped with comfortable seats, with good acoustics that allows it to host singing shows and performances of all kinds.

Beautiful scenery, audio lights, comfortable armchairs.. The comedy is funny.. for having seen it for the first time I really liked it... it doesn't look good in the photo.. The only flaw was that I was colder...maybe it was the weather's fault, it had rained outside...

Visited for a cabaret show. The Modern Theater offers a varied program of shows for all tastes. The acoustics are good and the layout of the comfortable seats is excellent. The room should be modernized. The carpet on the walls is worn, as are the curtains and it is a shame because a minimal intervention would be enough, conservative of the original architecture, beautiful work from the construction period perfectly preserved, however, in the foyer. Cloakroom service present and functioning, ushers always in the room, kind and helpful with spectators. Pleasant experience.
