If you are visiting this venue then it’s better not to eat there. The staff are extremely busy and offer almost zero service, the food is a disaster, and then when you want to pay after you’ve eaten they make you join a long queue of people who are ordering drinks/ sandwiches at the bar. I asked one of the waiters about it and he said he will come to me and take my payment rather than make me wait……but he didn’t come back!! The non alcoholic gin n tonic was terrible, and with LOTS of ice. The prices reflect how poor quality the food is that they serve. It was the worst service and food, never to be repeated. As for the concert itself, the venue is fairly small, but I liked that. The sound and lighting was an amateurish at times. Some people were vaping which as a non smoker, is just as bad as tobacco smoke. Lots of security, I guess they are for “just in case”. Venue I would visit again, but never will I eat or drink there again

A place in Milan where you can have a drink and nibble on some quick dishes, both inside and outside... which hides a real theater inside where events, shows, music and much more take place. I was invited so I don't know what the prices of this place are but I found it very nice and welcoming. The staff is very quick and attentive. I chose a glass of wine and my partner a spritz. Both good and well accompanied by various appetizers. We will definitely be back to spend an evening in the company of those present who will first be strangers and then will be acquaintances or even friends. This is a bit the magic of this location.

It is not the first time we experience bad behavior against tourists. We went there and tried to order, they were telling us they were closing. Standing at the bar seeing Italian people ordering after us was just bad. After recognizing that we saw that, we were offered to order for take away. After ordering the drinks were filled. We (the only tourists - not speaking Italian) stood there at the bar and recognize the one that took our order telling the barkeeper which wanted to give us normal drinks in the glass that we are just gonna take away the drinks. The other people received the drinks normal as you would expect in the bar. We did not. At least the beer tasted good, but we are still disappointed.

A nice café restaurant attached to the music hall. The service is more than friendly and the atmosphere is cosy. There’s a real good vibe. The food is surprisingly good. The menu is mainly pizza and burgers. What was really a bummer that they served the food too cold.

Poor form all round… slow service, rude staff, low quality food and drink, extortionate prices. I thought this place would live up to the exceptional service I received in their Belfast restaurant but I was wrong. Edit: Unfortunately I found out after they aren’t associated and have since threatened to sue the BETTER company in Northern Ireland for having a similar name.
