Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti Concerts 2025

This was an amazing experience. The interior of the Teatro was beautiful. This was how Italian Opera Houses look. Smaller than The Royal Opera House London but bijou. We watched " The Barber of Seville " Quite unbelievably we watched from our own box at €30! It was a memorable evening.

Beautiful venue.

It is a "Small" jewel in the historic center of Spoleto. Very well looked after. Small but well organized audience. Good visibility of the stage both from it and from the boxes and balconies. The acoustics are excellent. The interiors are beautiful with many decorations embellished with a huge rose window on the ceiling from which a huge Murano chandelier hangs. In the upper and central part of the stage there is a beautiful clock, too bad it didn't work (perhaps fake?). Staff have the right compromise between professionalism and communicative/technological inability (unfamiliarity with the latter). There is good parking for those who are not local, just park at the Pontene car park in Via Martiri della Resistance and from there you can take the escalators directly into the theatre.

A beautiful theatre, we saw the nutcracker. Recommended, very clean!!

Theater of great beauty, from the audience and the stage. With an attentive and participatory public equal to the management.
