A hall on the 3rd floor of Otemachi One. Apparently it's also used for business purposes such as seminars and exhibitions, but I used it for theater. There were around 550 seats, and the seats were on a gentle slope, making it easy to see and hear sounds. The glass-walled lobby has a nice open feel and a nice view. It's also convenient that it's a 5-6 minute walk from Otemachi Subway Station via an underground passage, and a 12-13 minute walk from Tokyo Station via an underground passage. (If I accidentally went outside at Otemachi Station, it would be difficult to find the entrance and I would get lost...I got lost.Of course, I took the underground passage on my way back.)

A facility just opened in 2020 near the Imperial Palace. In one corner of the site is Japan's deadliest spot, Masakado Mound. Access is convenient as you can walk not only from Otemachi Station and Takebashi Bridge, but also from Nijubashi Station, Marunouchi Station, and Tokyo Station. If you use the hotel on Saturdays and Sundays, you will feel a strange sense of anxiety as it is a business district and there are not many people around. By the way, there are not many convenience stores, so it might be better to buy drinks etc. inside the station. The inside of the facility is very clean and stylish. The hall has good acoustics and other equipment, the chairs are comfortable, and the moderate slope provides a good view from the rear. There were some complaints about the toilets being crowded, but there are also seats on the upper and lower floors, so if you're waiting to get in, you can use them. Considering the access and facilities, it's quite good as a medium-sized live venue. I wish everyone would use this more.

Stage [Fruits Basket] I went to see it! Seats close to the stage (first floor seats) are usually flat. I think it might be difficult for people in the back to watch, but I don't think it bothered them because the stage was set in the style of a runway for the full-scale stage. (I'm sitting in the front row on the side of the runway♪) The venue has good sound (acoustics) and can host live performances. You can enter the building 🏢 directly from the underground passage of the subway, so you can go without getting wet in the rain! There are shops (restaurants) nearby so you can kill time as well.
