Location can't be more convenient. Very close to the train/bus station. Room is basic needs and very clean, easy to check in and out. Highly recommend for your trip. Business or pleasure

This is a very clean, well stocked room. It is very close to hakata station, and fukuoka airport. The landlord is very friendly and replies quickly. I did not like that they requested a digital copy of my passport, but apparently it is very common.

I stayed in a room with beds for 3 people. There were loft beds and bunk beds, and the space between the beds was narrow so it was difficult to pass people, but it was cheap and the location was good. There is a kitchen and tableware, so I think it will be convenient for those staying for a long time. I didn't know how to get in, so I called and they kindly helped me. There are other guest rooms, so it might be difficult to clean, but the hygiene was not very good, so it's a shame. A rag with the same pattern as a dish towel had been left in the sink, messy and covered with hair. I thought that maybe I was using it as a rag when changing dish towels, and I didn't want to use it even if it was a clean dish cloth. There was hair and contact lenses in the corners of the floor. I thought it was just a place to sleep, it was cheap, and the location was nice, but since I probably paid extra for cleaning, I wanted it to be kept clean.

Because it is a guest house, there is no check-in location, and an English message is sent the next day when making a reservation. Be sure to check the message before staying. The message contains the apartment number you will be staying in, and the door is unlocked.

They say the capacity is 3 people, but 2 people seems to be the maximum. Other than that, everything is good.
