Hakodate Citizen Hall Concerts 2024

This is a valuable facility as a concert venue in Hakodate. There is a parking lot for about 300 cars, and although the building is quite old, it has been renovated in places so there is no particular inconvenience. The first and second floors can accommodate approximately 1,300 people. This time it's Starevi. It was possible to take pictures during breaks.

The 100th anniversary commemoration ceremony of Hakodate City's municipal government was held in a grand manner with thorough measures taken to prevent infectious diseases. Following the new construction of the arena, the Civic Center has also been renovated and looks great.

I visited on November 16th for the first time in 10 years. The seats are well designed and even in the back row you can get very close to the stage! (Until now I was in the 5th and 12th rows, but I didn't need glasses) It was new and very beautiful. There aren't many places to kill time, so the wait may be a little tough during the cold season. Will everyone go to the co-op? Also, on the way back, the streetcar heading towards Hakodate Station was extremely crowded and the last train was questionable, so I thought it would be better to take a taxi or stay in the Yunokawa area. By the time I got on the streetcar and arrived at Hakodate Station, the restaurants were closed...

There was a seminar held at the Hakodate Civic Hall and I attended it. The toilets and hallways have been updated and look nice. There was also a GRAY concert that day, and they were amazing people.
