This is a concert hall facility in Higashiosaka. Concerts are often held in the large hall on weekends. There was also a shared bicycle parking lot in the back.

I had noticed it and recognized it for a while, but this time I passed by it again, so I stopped by to take a break. It was my first time to go inside something I had seen so often from the outside. The event hall and music room felt like the main facilities, and there was also a library facility, so many users spent their time learning in this stylish facility that was more like a bookstore than a local government library. There is also a cafe, so it feels like a facility where you can spend half a day. I think this is a good place to quietly concentrate and study.

It is occasionally used for seminars and educational events. Although it is a remote area called Hachinohe Village, it is very popular among locals because the daily parking fee is relatively cheap considering it is close to the station, and there is a large plaza, cafe, library, long business hours, and clean restrooms. On weekends, there is a long wait for parking. It's a very easy-to-use place, but the inside of the building is like a maze, and the route from the parking lot to the entrance to the building is quite a circuitous one (you can only exit from a nearby side entrance). Also, since it is a multi-purpose space, there are times when dance classes or music events are held next to the quiet study room, and the loud noise leaks through, so I always wish there was a little more control in that area.

I went to Zoorasian Brass. Although it was a small hall, it was very beautiful and the sound was very good (the Zoorasian brass players were also wonderful). There is a parking lot, but it fills up quickly, so you will have to park at the nearest paid parking lot, but there are plenty nearby, so I think you can manage. There is also a cafe space in the building, so you can go early and take a break. The toilet was also clean

The Higashiosaka City Civic Hall has been renovated and turned into a cultural creation center, and it has become a quite splendid building! I think it's done well
