There are many concert events being held here, so I often come here to watch them. From the outbound Route 2, you are not allowed to turn right when parking in this parking lot or parking your bicycle, except for route buses (I was supposed to, but I was following a bus without knowing it and it was a violation...I wonder where the sign is!?), so please approach. Hard work💦

There is a free parking lot at the Civic Center in the back of the industrial hall parking lot in the basement, but it is small so it is difficult to park when there is an event in the hall. If you wait in line for more than 10 minutes, you will be charged a fee.

It's a pain that only the underground parking lot is free. I always use the library, and it's great that you can now make reservations, making it easier to borrow books that interest you.
