Beautiful building. I was a little scared to go by myself because I am a foreigner whose Japanese still isn't very good. But the staff was very nice and found an employee who spoke English well to assist me, and my business was finished in less than 20 minutes!

Beautiful clean building with friendly helpful staff

City Hall is famous for being flooded. The path was made with sandbags. There was a collection box for bottles, plastic bottles, and paper boxes behind City Hall. Where I live, there is no collection of anything other than combustible garbage, which is helpful. . I think there are a lot of people here who are laid back, probably because of the local characteristics. I had something to ask you so I called you. The story was long, the point was not clear, and the result was not good, which made me feel irritated. I wish I had talked to them so they could call me back. I think it's a good office because there's less waiting time if you go directly to the office and hear what they have to say.

When I saw the words Hitachi City Hall, I was intuitively drawn to the beauty and interest, and when I went there, I found out that it was a wonderful place with truly beautiful architecture. It's all set.
