Loved the visit, we stopped by on our walking tour of the Nada sake region. As a non-japanese speaker they had someone that spoke chinese and english which was super helpful. We were able to pay to taste their high end sake offers (the drip sakes) It was a pretty great experience.

Not really a museum per say as I can see any 'musuem'. Is only the display. Can buy sake. Shop is quite good. Sake ice cream so so.

Had a great time on our sake tour here! We watched a video explaining the sake creation process + history of the brewery, got a peek into the brewery work floor, and were given a tasting of 4 different sakes with thorough explanations of each from our guide. The store has a variety of sakes available for purchase, as well as some snacks, sake glasses, and even (delicious) sake ice cream!!

Brilliant place to go and experience Sake in Kobe. There is an English video that is very clear on the sake making process. You also get to taste sake FOC and understand why Ginjo Sake is drank cold. If you want to go and view the brewery, book online 2 days in advance. The friendly staff at the store helped me and my wife booked 1 day in advance, so you can try your luck asking the store. Excellence English and explanation by Alejandor who is really passionate about Sake. He understands the inside out of Sake and the processes of brewing alcohol. He is extremely friendly and willing to share his knowledge.

Don't miss this place! The sake is great, but the real hidden gem is the restaurant. Traditional Japanese food with mainly locals dining here. You can get Soba, Tempura or Sashimi... or get their set meals which cover all of them.
