The parking lot is a bit confusing...When I tried to go to the handicapped parking lot, the parking lot outside the site was locked and I couldn't get in. When I followed the directions to the site, it was also locked and I had to pay a fee as a bonus. I'm surprised because it's the first time I've seen the characters... I didn't feel very kind. We have a variety of events, and they invite famous people, so it's a lot of fun.

It is a comprehensive facility that is indispensable to the city, including a planetarium, beer garden, and other libraries. Rōkyoku and song concerts are held regularly, and there is also a play area for children in the basement. The staff are also very attentive and responsive! The ball pool in the children's playland is currently unusable.

Parking is free for up to 2 hours, after that it costs 100 yen per hour counting backwards from the beginning. It has a reasonably sized children's space, and I think it's a facility where they can have fun. There's also a library attached, so you can read books before or after playing, which is a big plus.
