I don’t know what building is this. But i went here for art gallery! It was awesome! They have free manga cafe on the third floor! Come and visit! They have restaurant on the first floor, haven’t been there though. Just come and explore!

I used it live. I was at the back of the first floor, but I was happy that it was close. On the way home, I had a nice walk along the riverside path. Apparently there are a lot of good bars in the area, so I didn't want to go straight home.
