Saw a metal concert here, was epic. Sound was great and vibe was awesome, got to see some warehouses and coastal Tokyo on the walk there from the train station.

Far but Soundsystem is good

Although it is a live event space, the building is a completely repurposed warehouse. I still have the crane. It still leaks sound and is cold in winter. However, there are no residential buildings nearby, so it's OK to have loud events as they won't disturb the neighbors. It's about a 15 minute walk from the station, so it may seem far away. Some people even come by taxi. The parking lot can only be used by eventers, so I think the general public has no choice but to use the parking lot near the station. The Yumenoshima parking lot is large, but it takes more than 20 minutes to walk from there, so I don't think it's a good place to come by car. There are no shops between the station and here, so you'll have to do everything you need at the station. There is one drink vending machine, so you can only buy drinks there. At the event, an admission drink costs 600 yen and an additional drink costs 500 yen, but if you buy from a vending machine, prices start at 100 yen, so if you need extra drinks, you can buy them there. There is also a smoking area outside the entrance, so if you want to smoke, feel free to do so outside. There is a coin locker inside, so you can put your small luggage in the coin locker. There are about 150 spaces, so I don't think it will fill up. Please use the coin lockers at the station as large items cannot fit inside. The toilet was installed later, so it was fairly clean. The audio equipment is new, so the sound quality is not bad, and there is nothing wrong with enjoying music. However, most of the lights are placed from the stage towards the floor, making it a little difficult to see. The backlight is always on, so it's bright, the performers look dark, and my eyes get tired. The stage height is average, and it may be difficult to see due to the head of the person in front of you. I think it's a good idea to take this into account when deciding whether to view from the front or the rear. The PA area is wide at the rear, so take that into consideration. The ground is concrete, so even if someone jumps up and down, the floor won't shake or cause any discomfort, so you can rest assured. Overall, other than being far from the station, everything was fine without any problems.

I went there for an otaku event. It's about a 15 minute walk from Shinkiba Station, but Shinkiba Station itself is easy to use, so it's not a big deal. It may be tougher if there are no shops around. Also, there are very few toilets in the building.
