Kumamoto-jo Hall Concerts 2025

A very truely multipurpose venue. I visited this place while attending JSAI 2023 conference, had a nice event.

Hard to rate... Is it nice? Yes But we hosted an event here and we spent A LOT of money. It was a hybrid event and obviously wifi was a vet important aspect. On the second day the venue had another event in the main hall and took our wifi away. Claimed there simply wasnt enough bandwidth, the other event got full priority. It pretty much ruined the second day of our conference. Despite it not being our fault it still damaged our reputation. We had to demand a partial refund, which they provided, but it should have never happened in the first place and they should have offered the refund. Safe to say. We will never do another event here and I can not recommend this venue if this is how they do business.

Various events are held here. It's like a place where artists and talents from all over the place come to entertain. The facility is new and nice because it's just opened recently. Let's go and enjoy it. I don't think it will hurt you.

Lot of things to do here, shopping, sightseeing etc
