Kyoto MOJO Concerts

Went to see some local bands here, Free entry for tourists if you buy two drink tickets. Good quality sound, fun small local venue that needs to be supported!

One of my favorite experiences in Japan! I went about 4 years ago and loved it! They allow free entry for foreigners, but you have to buy a one drink minimum which was about $5 US (which was really cheap)! They had great music and all were live performances. I talked to all of the performers afterwards and actually ran into some of them the next few days walking around Kyoto. It was a great experience, and I hope to go back again some day :)

Awesome rock concerts with debuting bands. Very affordable too.
