Live House nano Concerts 2024

A nice venue with friendly staff and good sound. The sound for some bands was painfully loud. Much louder than I'm used to (speaking as a heavy metal fan). Others played nice and clear so not sure what's the issue there. I'd come there again.

It's a live house with a homely atmosphere, which I love! ! Today was a special day because we had DJ time and band time, but it's a fun live house where you can see a variety of artists, so I'm excited.

Live House nano is located near Nijo Castle in Kyoto. As the name suggests, it is a small live house with a capacity of 80 people. Well, if there are 80 people in it, you won't be able to move around, and it's big enough that you can swim over people. Live House nano celebrated its 17th anniversary in 2021, and we had many wonderful music and many encounters here. I happened to see a live performance at this location on March 15, 2015, and became interested in Kyoto's music/live house scene, which led me to hold an event at the live house. Kyoto has a strong image of being a tourist town, with its shrines and temples, but it also has the aspect of being a student town, with many universities and vocational schools located within the city. As a result, many bands have been born in this city, and many bands that have taken off from this city have also appeared. This encounter at nano led to us holding events at various live houses, a total of 4 events at nano. It's a great live house to just watch an event, but it's also a great live house to host events. Due to its size, the stage and floor are very close together, making it feel like you are being bathed in sound, and the sound is so good that you can hear each artist's act. Since last year, the live house scene has been in an extremely difficult situation. In fact, the event scheduled to be held on March 16th last year was postponed, and even the event postponed to June was held without spectators and only via live streaming. However, even in such a situation, I will do what I can to the best of my ability. Over the past year, he has performed many live broadcasts and has pushed the sound quality to its limits to allow you to feel the dynamic nature of live broadcasts. This is a top-class and trusted live house not only in Kyoto but also among the many live houses in Japan. Today again, the best music is being played here. [Added on 2022/03/19] The 18th event was held at nano on March 16, 2022. It's been 7 years since I first came to this live house on March 16, 2015, and Katokit, who was also performing that day, Kazuyoshi Fukada from Morgmormarumo, and the song "Zotsukai Netta" that I really wanted to hear on nano. It was a day that was deeply engraved in my heart.

It felt like home and the staff were friendly and I was very impressed. I was close to the artists and felt a good sense of unity. The sound was not bad and the acoustics were well balanced. Is it okay to live in a residential area like this? I was worried, but I really liked it. I want to go again.
