Great bar! The pool table is in great condition. The wait staff is very friendly. There's a great selection of whiskeys. The food was nothing to write home about but it filled a void.

Nice place, with metal mugs for beer! Hahaha. Good service, great range of drinks and whisky, certainly not messy like an izakaya. Menus are in japanese though, but well if you know your whisky well, all is fine.

It's a bar I've always wanted to go to, and I was finally able to visit it. Retro Backpage is a bar that regularly holds concerts, and there is a piano and billiards table inside. The inside of the store is spacious and divided into two seats for groups, a seat by the window with a good view, and a counter seat. I read reviews that said the food and drinks were delicious, and it was just as delicious as the reviews said. Since it was my first stop, I tried several things, including prosciutto, quattro formaggi, crackers with cheese, and raisin butter, and they all had authentic flavors. It went well with cocktails and was delicious. There were so many different types of cocktails that it was hard to decide which one to choose. I visited with a friend, and I thought why not order an original cocktail that is not on the menu? The bartender said to me, and I ordered some. My friend ordered a sweet and easy-to-drink cocktail, and I ordered a citrusy, blue-colored cocktail. Both cocktails were easy to drink and delicious ✨Also, for those who are sensitive to alcohol, they make low-strength ones. The bartenders were all very pleasant and answered all of our detailed requests, making us feel comfortable. Also, there is a shop near Jozenji Street, so I think it's perfect for the pageant of lights or for a date ☺️

Enjoy food and drinks in a spacious and relaxing space. As the store name suggests, it has a nostalgic atmosphere, but with light accents and modern materials, I enjoyed the clean, mature space that wasn't too old-fashioned.
