Tosai Classic Hall Concerts 2025

I saw the Doobie brothers here, a great concert I will never forget!!! The hall had a lot of events on the same day which was a good sign for the Iwate area. There was a huge line for the men's bathroom before the show, but not for the women's which I have never seen before. They could definitely do with some more bathrooms for big events. Otherwise, it's good that they have a big hall like this in a regional centre.

Only saw the exhibition space downstairs, which was fine. But the building itself is actually quite interesting as well.

The picturesque Kitagami River welcomes visitors who come in anticipation of inspiring art and poetry exhibitions.

A concert hall located a little far from the station. It takes about 30 minutes to walk, so since it's close to the city hall, it's best to take a bus in the direction of city hall, or rent a bicycle. There is also a coffee shop inside so you can kill time. There are quite a few coin lockers available for 100 yen.
