I have visited the facility many times for children's brass band concerts, and the facilities are old, the parking lot is narrow, there are many steps, and it is in a state of deterioration.The loss of this facility will be a huge blow to the music, art, and culture of the Muroran area. I sincerely hope that this facility continues or that a new facility of the same size is built!

There is also a parking lot underground. It seemed difficult for elderly people and people with disabilities to climb the stairs to enter the hall. There are many toilets and they are clean.

I go to a Go club every week (Wednesday and Saturday). I'm having fun playing Go. New members are also accepted. The monthly fee is 800 yen. (This is mainly venue usage fees and product costs for tournaments held every three months.) If you are interested, please apply at the Muroran City Cultural Center and ask for the phone number of the person in charge. Alternatively, you can apply in person on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the small conference room on the second floor, which is used by the Kiyukai, from 1:00 p.m. Go can be played by both men and women.
