I had read some reviews that said it was difficult to go up the stairs because you can see the tickets at the bottom of the stairs. I've never seen so many different types of live music venues that I've been to. The stage is low and very close I enjoyed it very close (o^^o) Some people say that there are too many customers. There was nothing like that and I was able to watch it in a relaxed manner. (There were chairs in the front row, but there was a fair distance between the chairs.) I think this is more the intention of the entertainment company than the live music venue.
