I visited the museum for the first time for its 50th anniversary event. Compared to regular theaters, the scale was vast and overwhelming. There are concert venues in Niigata, but I prefer the Municipal Theater.

The delivery conditions are good for one vehicle to arrive. It's a little strange if there are only a few units. Overall it's not bad.

The structure is not friendly for people with disabilities as there are only stairs. I went to Bunin's recital with my disabled mother, but everywhere we went there were always stairs. I've been to recitals all over the place, but this is my first time at a venue like this. It's not friendly to the elderly either. Even though there was a vacant parking lot for people with disabilities, the staff wouldn't let me park even though I told them.
