I visited Saba Productions live in November. The entrance instructions were smooth and the inside was very clean and nice. The acoustics are also good.

Easy access, just a short walk from the nearest station. It was so accessible that I went there just before the show started, so I didn't know about the surrounding facilities. Was there a convenience store? It's quite spacious inside. I think the stage is high and easy to see. This is to be expected since it's a live house, but the seats on the audience side were designed for standing room only, and I felt like there wasn't much space for chairs for a venue of this size. I think it's pretty good as a box.
