Menicon Theater Aoi Concerts

I watched the Hanagata Chair performance. This hall was opened recently, so it was my first time using it. I think the stage is easy to see with a capacity of about 300 people. This time I watched it from the very back end, but unfortunately part of the stage was cut off due to the lighting equipment. It can be fatal in plays, etc. Today's classic was Ishida-san's Yamato. I was worried about whether it would be suitable for classical music, but it doesn't have a bad impression that I'm particularly concerned about. There is no special hole exit, so there is no sense of depth. There is not enough lobby space so there is no atmosphere. I arrived before the show started, and there were about 50 people standing and waiting. Isn't that staircase object unnecessary?

I didn't have a place to write a review of the cafe on the first floor, so I'll write it here. Lunch boxes are also sold cheaply, as well as gelato, drinks, and lunch. Lunch is less than 1,000 yen, and the portions are small, but some people may find it just right. It is also possible to take out drinks.

The atmosphere and size are perfect for theater. Transportation is also convenient. The selection of performances is very good. It's a pity that seats are not guaranteed in advance. If we had a designated system, we would be able to get to our seats early...

It was my first time visiting, and it was a nice hall that was new and had very good sound. When I contacted them to confirm something in advance, the woman who answered the phone was very responsive and I was able to enjoy the concert to the fullest.

It's a new hall in Menicon and it was very clean. The nearest stations are Shinei Station and Chikusa Station, and although it is a bit of a walk, the entrance is along Hirokoji Street. There was also a cafe on the first floor, where you could get light meals and some delicious-looking gelato. The hall wasn't too big, had good acoustics, and was close to the stage, so we had a great time. The restroom was also good.
