The sound system here are good for the musical events. Many more free events here on different occasions. Parking is spacious & free. Swimming pool & good restaurant in the building as well.

I went to see the first performance of the musical ``A COMMON BEAT'' by N:birth in Niigata because a classmate of mine was there. Everyone's acting was more authentic than I expected, and even though Niigata is nowhere near Tokyo, I'm glad I went to see it!

The facility has a large parking lot and is easily accessible by car. I think the negative point is that there is not enough space to sit and wait until the hall opens. The men's restroom on the hall side is unusually located in a basement, making it confusing for first-timers. I can't express it well, but go down the stairs to the bottom of the toilet floor, and go up about half a floor from there to the washroom area.

I used it with my children. Most of the toilets are Japanese-style, but there are about half of them, so I was able to use them fairly smoothly even after the doors opened. There was a type of seat with a foldable seat, and it was a reserved seat. The seats are arranged in a stairway, so even after the 20th row, the distance felt close. When the live performance started, everyone got up from their seats. This time, I happened to be along the aisle, so I was able to use it without any hesitation even with children, but if you are in a row with seats in front and behind you, it might be a little cramped. Since the seats were packed in the front, the live tape was also delivered to the back! The staff was running around collecting it, but when I asked, they shared it with me. It might depend on the artist, but I was grateful for the back seat. The entrance hall was small, so we lined up in three lines before the doors opened, and even then, we had to use the stairs to get in line in the second half. Even so, the people involved in the opening of the event were guiding the participants carefully. The parking lot is large, but there are few entrances and exits, and priority is given to pedestrians using buses, so it may take some time to exit by car. Professional? It seems that many people run to the exit before the show ends or stop by the merchandise and CD sales corner to avoid the crowded hours.

I went on girls2's live tour! The seats were great and close to the stage!
