Osaka-Jo Hall Concerts 2026

I went there for FM802 Requestage festival to watch Asian Kung Fu Generation, The Oral Cigarettes, Vaundy and PEOPLE 1! The sound was amazing up there!

I visited for an event. It's just a short walk from the station. You need to climb some stairs to get there. During holidays and events, it gets very crowded, to the point where it's difficult to even walk. It is also very difficult to walk out of the venue as there is only one entrance.

My first visit to Osaka Jo Hall was Feb 21, 2023. That was my 3rd Red Hot Chili Peppers show in a year!! 🌶️🔥 I also went to their Tokyo Dome show two days earlier. Who could imagine to see the John-era Chili Peppers in such a short period of time!? They were on fire as usual that night!! 🔥🔥 Red Hot Chili Peppers are the best live band without doubt!! 🌶️✳️🔥

Came for Disney On Ice event. It was massive and a great location for the event. Totally worth the wait and the heat in summer.

I came here for a concert and this venue is huge with lots of seating capacity. This is great if you are looking for a concert full of atmosphere. However, for the ones sitting high up at the back rows, the viewing maybe too far for them, even though there are viewing screens. As always, Japanese audiences are very polite and cooperative, I had no trouble getting in and out of the hall as everything is in good order. There are a few eating places and a convenient store next to this hall but choices are very limited. All the waiting and queuing up is outdoor, so make sure you bring an umbrella for both rain or shine. It is also nice to scroll around the park if you have time.
