While the venue itself is okay, there are a few problems with how the staff manages the fans. Firstly the fans are broken up into several sections based on their ticket number. However, people join these sections in no particular order, so there is a lot of queue-jumping. This is annoying as there are no section/seat reservations, so it’s very much first come first served. So even if you turn up three hours before the show starts, you could still end up at the back of the hall. Secondly, there is an extra charge of 500円 when you get to the door for a drink. While this is common at most small gigs in Japan, I really didn’t expect it from a venue this size. So this is clearly at the discretion of the venue management. On top of that, you’re not allowed to take that drink into the main hall (unless you order a bottle of soft drink) Lastly, when checking the ID for ticket holders, there is a sign saying that you must provide photo ID in the form of a residence card, passport, or driving license. All of the Japanese fans were passed through into the venue without any problems. However, because the member of staff had apparently never seen a residence card, I was shuffled into a second queue (whilst others were ushered in ahead of me) while another member of staff verified my ID. Please educate your door staff on how to verify ID, especially forms of ID which you have stated you accept!

Great place but normally tickets has included a 500 yen drink which you cant bring into live hall.

Great venue, with plenty of lockers available and pristine toilets. Only thing stopping me giving the extra 600 yen you have to pay for your drink ticket. On top of that you can't even get redbull mixed drinks until after the headline artist starts.
