It is a perfect place to take a break as it is fully air conditioned and heated, but only drinks are allowed, so eating lunch boxes from the previous castle hall or bread from the bakery is not allowed. The entire structure is made of glass so you can see inside, giving it a sense of openness, but when the band practices in the studio, the acoustics are very poor, perhaps due to the glass walls, and the meeting space is also made of glass, making it uncomfortable to hear from the people inside. . It's starting to get busy on the weekends with food trucks arriving, but I think if there were a few more shops in the area, it would be as lively as it used to be. I think.

You can use Oita Prefecture's free Wi-Fi inside the facility. The restrooms are also very clean compared to JR stations. On the day of our visit, there were many people who appeared to be junior high and high school students studying on their own at desks. I do think that the facility is an environment where you can concentrate as a study space, so although this is just a quick impression, I wonder if it would be okay to open up one of the conference rooms as a study space? I thought, shallowly.

Saiki Shiroyama Sakura Hall in Saiki City, Oita Prefecture. Actually, it was my first time to enter Saiki Shiroyama Sakura Hall 😄 I heard that Cafe Bus was selling parfaits in front of Shiroyama Sakura Hall that day, so I went to buy some parfait. It was a very hot day, and I was thinking of eating outside, but they said I could eat at Saiki Shiroyama Sakura Hall, so I was able to enjoy the parfait in the cool air. I looked around the facility and thought it was probably a music studio because there were drums etc., but I also thought it was a perfect place to practice music as there were several locations! I wonder if the students were studying again? 🤔 I thought it was a great thing to see it being used in so many different ways.

The children's room is fully equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's a space where even adults can relax. It is rare to find a facility for young children that allows bouldering. I use it as a set with a matcha latte brewed with genuine matcha at the cafe Tsunagu Chaya across the street. (No food or drink is allowed in the children's room, so please eat at the tables or benches in the lobby.)

We offer a wide range of services, including children's favorite athletics and temporary childcare facilities. At the temporary care facility, since my child was small, they provided one-on-one care, which made me feel at ease! I still want to use it!
