amount of parking lot is not enough for this place. facility is well maintained and clean.

Good food and good drink selection.

I get the impression that concerts were often held there before the coronavirus. Surprisingly easy to watch. It is often used for civic events, and coming-of-age ceremonies are held here.

You can see the large signboard of Toda City Cultural Center from the Saikyo Line. You can also go by train, and there is a relatively large parking lot next to the hall and a 3-minute walk away. I think if you get there a little early you'll be able to park well enough.
