A concert hall located next to the TV Tower, right next to Odori Subway Station. It has good access and has been renovated and the interior is clean. It has a capacity of 1500 people and is a good size. The seats are spread out at the end for easy viewing overall. The first and second floors are essentially connected, so the upper seats, which at first glance appear to be only second floor seats, are actually third floor seats. The stage is really close to the seats on the first floor, so if an artist approaches during a live performance, you'll be just a stone's throw away. You can clearly see the artists' expressions from the second floor without using binoculars. The acoustics were quite good. It sounded clear without being crowded. However, I don't know about the third floor. There will be light-up not only at the back of the stage, but also in various places such as the ceiling of the audience seats, making it possible to create a variety of effects. I wasn't sure if it was fixed at the facility, but when I saw the live performance, there was a display at the back. The seats are not as good as Hitaru's, but the cushion material makes them comfortable and not cramped. I've seen reviews here and there that say it's small, but if you say that, you'll be crushed to death if you mention arenas or Budokan in places like Honshu. It may be difficult to compare them because they are of different scale. The downside is that the space between the front and rear seats is narrow. People in the middle seats may find it difficult to move around. There are no vending machines inside, so please do your shopping at a convenience store (maybe even drinks are prohibited). This is a very good hall and I hope that many artists who come to Hokkaido will use it.
