Kitazawa Town Hall Concerts

Not a lot of English speakers but they are always very helpful and quick to assist you.

I just recently found out about this place, even thought I am living in Shimokita for the past 2 years. I always went to Setagaya City Hall that is far from the station, but this place is so much more convenient, and the builing looks ways better. People who work here are very helpful, genki and pleasant to talk to, just I haven’t heard them speaking English.

What a pity. Very disappointed in this hot weather they don’t have a glass of water for new resident. At 4:30 when i call them for the directions thru tried their best to change my visit AS THEY WERE CLOSING IN 30 MINUTES. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE PUT A WATER DISPENSER

I married here. If course I love the place. And employees are really nice.

Kitazawa Town Hall is the branch office of the city of Setagaya. Nothing special.
