The toilet was Western-style and clean.

It was used at the Osaka Toin High School brass band concert. The parking lot is free, but once it was full, I had a hard time finding a parking lot nearby. If there is an event going on, I recommend going early.

It was a compact but nice venue, with the height, width, and depth of the stage, the flower path leading to the side, and the proximity of the seats to the stage. However, I used it on a Saturday, and since there are no commercial facilities nearby, I thought it would be a good idea if some of the restrooms at City Hall were open to the public.
